360 VIDEO BOOTH SERVICE AGREEMENT

SERVICE PERIOD:

The Service Period will be the date and times listed in this contract. Any change in the date will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. 29PM Photo Booth agrees to have the 360 Video Booth set up at least 10 minutes before the agreed-upon time. (Should you require the booth to be set up earlier, or if there will be downtime between setup and use, a $60/hour downtime fee will be charged.)

The 360 Video Booth will be operational for a minimum of 95% of the scheduled time; occasional interruptions may occur for equipment maintenance.

To ensure guest safety and optimal video booth performance, a minimum of a 10x10-foot clear space is required for setup. This space must be level, unobstructed, and free of any nearby objects or decorations. Because the 360 booth includes a rotating arm, no guests, furniture, décor, or equipment should be within close proximity to the platform once it is in use.

29PM Photo Booth reserves the right to deny service if the space does not meet safety requirements or if the environment presents hazards. Beverages will not be permitted on or near the booth platform.

In order to protect equipment and ensure safety, 29PM Photo Booth reserves the right to refuse service to unruly or visibly intoxicated guests. If the booth or equipment is damaged due to negligence or misconduct by the client or their guests, we reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund.

29PM Photo Booth will provide the agreed-upon hours of service using the 360 Video Booth Experience setup.


COST & PAYMENT:

The minimum rental for the 360 Video Booth is 2 hours, within 30 miles of Upland, California. Every additional mile outside of Upland is subject to a $3/mile fee.

A non-refundable retainer of $175 is due upon signing this contract to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than one week before the event. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

Retainer payments may be made via Zelle, Venmo, or credit card on

July 19, 2026.


MODEL RELEASE:

By signing this agreement, the client and all guests using the 360 Video Booth grant 29PM Photo Booth the right to use any video or photographic content created during the event for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, websites, and printed material.

All guests understand and accept that 29PM Photo Booth is not liable for any claims arising from the use of such media, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.

All K-12 schools are exempt from this section.
